    Recipients announced for the 2019 Community Radio Awards

    More than 50 projects have been recognised at the 2019 Community Radio Awards. Hosted outside England for the first time, the event in Barry, Wales, attracted an audience of 150 volunteers and staff from a range of stations. Continuing the tradition, the event was hosted by last year’s Female and Male gold recipients Julie Donaldson and Mark Jarvis.     Recipients announced for the 2018 Community Radio Awards

    Entries are now open for the third UK Community Radio Awards. Volunteers and stations from up and down the country are being urged to enter the best of their output from the past year, and consider those team members deserving of special recognition.     The Community Radio Awards are to return for a third year, once again celebrating the best of the community radio sector. Volunteers and stations from up and down the country are being encouraged to begin collating the best of their output from the past year, and consider those team members deserving of special recognition.
